Chief Executive Officer and Principal Officer
Carolyne is a seasoned executive with a track record of leading organizations to achieve sustained growth and profitability. She has extensive experience spanning two decades in telecommunications, marketing, partnership development and execution. A large aspect of her experience is in the insurance industry where she brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector, as well as a keen sense of how to leverage technology to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
As CEO of Kova Solutions Ltd, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving growth through new business development and strategic partnerships, and ensuring that the organization delivers exceptional value to its clients. She has assembled a highly talented and dedicated team of professionals who share her passion for innovation and customer service excellence.
A graduate of the University of Eastern Africa Baraton with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also possesses key professional certifications including insurance practitioner certificates from SHL and she is licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority. She has attended both as a participant and facilitator of several business forums and has held board memberships for a Sacco and an Investment institution. She is also a managing partner at Keeyndu Consult a business advisory firm.
